Job Description

We are seeking an individual who is looking to join a young growing innovative technology company who is highly motivated with the passion and drive to succeed in exceeding goals. This individual will sell the company’s ReFrame Assist portfolio of products and services. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and will have a responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process, including: prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, and closing of the sale. The SaaS Sales Executive will sell our solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions, and ultimately closing business.

Responsibilities  

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests.
  • Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs.
  • Assist and work with business partners with co-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with customers.
  • Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated Monday.com.
  • Assist in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the move to the ReFrame Assist solution.
  • The direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
  • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to the Managing Director.
  • Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Represent company at conferences, speaking events and trade shows.
  • Identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising, and PR tactics.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the influencers, and the competitors.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.

  • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from their CEO to a Systems Administrator
  • Utilize all channel management and reporting tools.

Education  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience in an IT, business, or sales related field.

Travel

Flexible to travel to customer sites and company headquarters is required.

Experience  

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, Data, or Analytics industries.
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly in-person with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling software and related solutions, including Government, Public Sector or Commercial markets or other related technologies and services.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, highly energetic and the passion to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document customer requirements using Agile methodologies

  • Thorough and comprehensive documentation skills
  • Experience with data migration validation
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently to meet deliverables
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software in addition to other remote access desktop programs
  • High Proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Experience working with state agencies with experience understanding state and federal guidelines and regulations preferred
  • Position may require 25-40% travel in the future

Job Overview:
ReFrame Solutions is seeking a high-performing Data Developer with scripting experience to migrate the data from sources to targets. This position will be client-facing and highly visible, with extensive opportunity for growth.

Job Duties

  • Leads in defining, documenting and developing the plans and scripts, as well as contribute to data model design discussions, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Responsible for data migration, testing, support, maintaining and troubleshooting/debugging the data that support business units or support functions.
  • Perform data extraction, aggregation, and quality checking from the sources tables in support of trend identification, root cause analysis, and validation of the performance measures
  • Prepare summary reports from the analysis findings that include illustrative tables and figures.
  • Performance Tuning our SQL database installations at either the server level, database level, or analyzing Query Execution Plans
    Creates thorough, professional-quality project documentation and technical specifications

  • Assesses the impact of the changes and conducts tests to mitigate risks

  • Recommends best practices and policies for data migration, as well as the usage of database applications in hosted environments
  • Troubleshooting problems with builds and tools

Requirements

  • 9 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with full software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile), including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Must have Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills. Should be able to coach other developers and team members and review their deliverables
  • Following technical skills and experience are required: SQL Server, ORACLE, SSIS packages
  • Loading of the data from the flat files to SQL
  • Knowledge on the linked server setup

  1. Help Desk Support:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff.

  1. Network Maintenance:
    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

    • Collaborate with the network engineering team to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
  1. System Administration:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and system backups.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to various systems and applications.
    • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality through regular data backups and security protocols.
  • Plan, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions to ensure effective device management and security for a diverse range of devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.
  • Implement and maintain Intune policies, profiles, and configurations to enforce security standards, device compliance, and application management.
  • Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and other collaborative tools.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment, ensuring proper access controls and data security.
  1. Remote Support:
    • Provide remote technical support to staff, ensuring efficient problem-solving and issue resolution.
    • Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and address technical concerns for off-site users.
  1. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of reported issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably in a help desk or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
