Key Responsibilities

  • Perform design, implementation, and integration of software solutions, and independently handle complex development tasks.
  • Design, coded, tested, debugged, and documented applications following project standards.
  • Participate in all phases of software development, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Evaluate new and existing software products and recommend improvements.
  • Develop applications using C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, AngularJS, and XRM Page Model, including configuration of forms, workflows, and custom components.
  • Utilize SQL for development, optimization, debugging, security, and performance tracing.
  • Create and deploy SSRS, Aspose, and HTML reports.
  • Implement JWT (customized) and Basic Authentication/Authorization for secure API access.
  • Develop microservices using ASP.NET Core Web API as service layers between the application and database.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the development life cycle to gather requirements and validate deliverables.
  • Build front screens aligned with UI/UX and project standards.
  • Perform code reviews using Visual Studio to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Participate in production release planning and deployment activities.
  • Attend staff and customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Prepare technical design documents, workflow diagrams, and supporting technical artifacts.
  • Coordinate with QA teams for defect resolution and test support.
  • Follow Agile methodology, participated in daily Scrum meetings, and tracked work using JIRA.
  • Deploy and configure applications in UAT and Development environments.
  • Guide developers and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Migrate data from source systems to target environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to builds, automated deployment pipelines, and development tools.
  • Integrate AI‑driven components where applicable, including model‑based decision logic and intelligent automation features.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in computer-related field. MS (3YRS) or BS (5YRS) of work experience in Web based & Smart Client applications using .NET Core framework.  Position requires experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, Software Engineering. Object oriented programming, develop solutions using MS Azure and Azure DevOps; .NET Frameworks & n-tier architecture, MS Technologies (C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, Web Services, Angular); Web Technologies (Java Script, HTML, CSS, XSLT, XML, AJAX); DB (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2); Crystal, SSRS & RDLC reports.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with 3–5+ years of experience to contribute to the full software development lifecycle. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and occasionally interacting with clients.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (Agile preferred)
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly in Microsoft technologies

Technical Skills

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API
  • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and debugging practices
  • Understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture

DevOps & Tools

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or similar tools
  • Exposure to build and deployment processes

AI & Modern Development

  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Ability to incorporate AI into development workflows

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
