Job Description
We are seeking an individual who is looking to join a young growing innovative technology company who is highly motivated with the passion and drive to succeed in exceeding goals. This individual will sell the company’s ReFrame Assist portfolio of products and services. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and will have a responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process, including: prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, and closing of the sale. The SaaS Sales Executive will sell our solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions, and ultimately closing business.
Responsibilities
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests.
- Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs.
- Assist and work with business partners with co-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with customers.
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated Monday.com.
- Assist in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the move to the ReFrame Assist solution.
- The direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
- Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to the Managing Director.
- Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
- Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
- Represent company at conferences, speaking events and trade shows.
- Identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising, and PR tactics.
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the influencers, and the competitors.
- Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.

- Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from their CEO to a Systems Administrator
- Utilize all channel management and reporting tools.

- Business Acumen: Understand key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business operates, including role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when applying professional expertise.
- Financial Acumen: Use financial analysis to make decisions, evaluate opportunities and choices; know how financial decisions impact business success.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience in an IT, business, or sales related field.
Travel
Flexible to travel to customer sites and company headquarters is required.
Experience
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, Data, or Analytics industries.
- Exceptional proven sales success working directly in-person with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Experience in selling software and related solutions, including Government, Public Sector or Commercial markets or other related technologies and services.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, highly energetic and the passion to succeed.
