Job Description

We are seeking an individual who is looking to join a young growing innovative technology company who is highly motivated with the passion and drive to succeed in exceeding goals. This individual will sell the company’s ReFrame Engage portfolio of products and services. This position will report directly to the Managing Director of the ReFrame Engage vertical and will have a responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process, including: prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, and closing of the sale. The SaaS Sales Executive will sell our solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions, and ultimately closing business.

Responsibilities  

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests
  • Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs
  • Engage and work with business partners with co-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with customers
  • Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated Monday.com
  • Engage in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the move to the ReFrame Engage solution.
  • Direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
  • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to Managing Director.
  • Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Represent company at conferences, speaking events and trade shows.
  • Identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising and PR tactics.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the influencers, and the competitors
  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory
  • Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude and demonstrate the company’s Core Values
  • Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from their CEO to a Systems Administrator
  • Utilize all channel management and reporting tools

Education  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience in an IT, business or sales related field.

Travel

Flexible to travel to customer sites is required.

Experience  

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, Data, or Analytics industries.
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly in-person with customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling software and related solutions, including Government, Public Sector or Commercial markets or other related technologies and services.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, highly energetic and the passion to succeed.

Job Overview:
ReFrame Solutions is seeking a high-performing Data Developer with scripting experience to migrate the data from sources to targets. This position will be client-facing and highly visible, with extensive opportunity for growth.

Job Duties

  • Leads in defining, documenting and developing the plans and scripts, as well as contribute to data model design discussions, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Responsible for data migration, testing, support, maintaining and troubleshooting/debugging the data that support business units or support functions.
  • Perform data extraction, aggregation, and quality checking from the sources tables in support of trend identification, root cause analysis, and validation of the performance measures
  • Prepare summary reports from the analysis findings that include illustrative tables and figures.
  • Performance Tuning our SQL database installations at either the server level, database level, or analyzing Query Execution Plans
    Creates thorough, professional-quality project documentation and technical specifications
  • Evaluates software change requests, determines business need or conducts root cause analysis, and implements technically efficient solutions
  • Assesses the impact of the changes and conducts tests to mitigate risks
  • Participates in and promotes a knowledge-sharing environment
  • Proactively recommends, schedules, and performs the improvements, hotfixes and upgrades
  • Recommends best practices and policies for data migration, as well as the usage of database applications in hosted environments

Requirements

  • 9 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with full software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile), including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Must have Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills. Should be able to coach other developers and team members and review their deliverables
  • Following technical skills and experience are required: SQL Server, ORACLE, SSIS packages
  • Loading of the data from the flat files to SQL
  • Knowledge on the linked server setup

The Opportunity

The ReFrame Solutions Sales Team is looking for a hard-working, proactive, Sales Executive, responsible for the sourcing and closing of new public housing customers within our ReFrame Assist vertical. We are looking for a hunter with enterprise IT sales experience who can demonstrate a history of quota over-achievement, and deep customer relationship building at the Executive Level.

 

What You’ll Do.

  • Source new prospects and close new customers.
  • Drive specific product revenue in assigned territories or verticals.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with client partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Perform outbound contact to sell additional services to existing customers.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our product and service offerings.
  • Convert customer problems into deliverable solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Work with the Capture Team to develop competitive analysis, win themes, differentiators and price-to-win objectives in support of winning bids.
  • Key contributor to proposal development, oral presentations and closing activities alongside the Capture/Proposal Manager.
  • Work with the Managing Director of Assist to improve overall customer satisfaction in sold customer accounts to ensure positive references.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience selling technology solutions to public housing authorities
  • Experience in the Public Housing/HUD/Housing Finance domains, and knowledge of the competitive landscape of IT products in that space, strongly preferred.
  • Strategically create account/territory/call plans to exceed goals
  • Confidence to represent the company and products at conferences/trade events
  • Ability to generate 3X pipeline to quota through active prospecting
  • Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships.
  • Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and ability to adapt and overcome challenges in a relatively young, but growing, organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time in accordance with any limiting restrictions.

  • RFP Tracking & Coordination:
    • Read and understand housing RFP’s and enter key dates and important information into usable tool (excel, Monday, Trello, etc.).
    • Create reminders (manually or through a tool) for all parties involved
    • Set deadlines and coordinate meetings, as needed, for work to be completed ahead of submission deadline
    • Set up RFP Template for team to add content
  • Content
    • Writing/Editing
    • Create, manage, make available to all, boiler plate templates for common questions
    • Store and make available common form needed
    • Create, manage, store print quality images and flow charts for use within the RFPs
    • Review for grammar/structure/Fonts/Logos are all accurate and presentable
  • Submission:
    • Compiling, packing, and shipping
    • Submit through proper portals or via email
  • Provide support to the Assist Sales Team:
    • Providing product knowledge and support to customers, potential and contracted.
    • Drafting, editing and reviewing of content
